The tenant belongs to the Institution of the TAI University School of Arts, who has a solid career of more than 50 years in teaching. With this contract, TAI reaffirms its corporate identity in the Salamanca neighborhood, next to Serrano Street and very close to the Plaza de la Independencia, since they are carrying out their teaching activity mainly in the opposite building.

With this contract Primework endorses the growing trend of hiring first-tier locations in the Prime zone.
